30-Day Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can flexibly return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please ensure that the product is intact, unworn and with all tags intact, and the product must not contain makeup or perfume. We will inspect the returned product and refund you upon confirmation.

Return Process

Within 30 days of receipt, if the customer needs to return the product, please email customer service at [email protected] and be sure to provide the order number and reason for return.

After receiving the email, we will record the customer’s return information and respond as soon as possible with instructions for return or exchange.

After the customer sends the product, please send us the tracking number and shipping company name so that we can track the delivery status at any time.

The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

After receiving the returned product and confirming the product quality, we will arrange a refund within 5-7 working days.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Quality Assurance

All of our products are quality checked before leaving the factory, so it is very rare for a defective product to be sent to our customers. However, in the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the order number and a photo of the defect.

Our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly.

Processing Refunds

Once we have received and verified your return, we will expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item at our warehouse. Additional delays may occur, especially during the holiday season.

Modifying and Cancelling Orders

We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we provide a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Simply contact us and if your order is not already in the process, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
