Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate for shipping within the continental United States using USPS Economy of $6.99.

Transit times for flat rate shipping are approximately 7-15 business days.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email with a direct link to track your order.

You can also track it via our Tracking page using your email address and order number.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time your parcel is sent for the link to be activated.

Delivery Locations

We ship within the United States, however if you are outside this area, please contact our team for assistance.

Destinations such as Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Edit/Cancel Order

You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been processed.

So you have 24 hours to make changes or change your mind about your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for timely support.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise in case of a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered, please file a claim with the carrier that delivered your package. Please note that once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have possession of the package and Halley is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
