Returns and exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to return an item

For a quick and easy return process, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process of returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days, please wait

Late or Missing Refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for the refund to be posted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
